Mayen Usoro, a freshman at Cesar Chavez High in Arizona, won the girls elite 100-meter dash in a lifetime-best 11.68 seconds at the 83rd Chandler Rotary Invitational at Chandler High's Austin Field in Arizona. Usoro also ran a personal-best 56.01 in the elite 400 meters to place second and contributed to Cesar Chavez clocking 49.28 seconds in the elite 4x100-meter relay to earn ninth place overall.
